If you missed attending the Rye ACT coalition is hosting a town hall meeting on youth and substance use in late May, it now available in RyeTV. A LoHud.com write up after the town hall reported:
""Heroin is in your community whether you like it or not," said Rye Police Commissioner Michael Corcoran.
The advice to parents was clear: be vigilant, set boundaries you can keep, maintain parental unity, and don't think your child is uniquely protected from an epidemic that has already swept across much of America."
