Rye Town Park sent along the following detail about off season in the park from October 1st until March 2015:
As of October first the office at Rye Town Park will be closed. The beach will be open but swimming is not permitted. Dogs are not permitted on the beach. There are no fees for parking or beach access.
The bathrooms will be open from 9-5 through Nov. 2nd.
For any emergency, phone Rye City Police at 911. To speak to someone about the park, call Rye Town Hall at 939-3075 ext. 100. Rye Town Hall is located at 10 Pearl Street in Port Chester.
