The Rye City Lions Club 1st Annual “Rye’s Got Talent” competition will take place on Saturday, October 5th from 7 – 9 pm at Rye Country Day School’s Dunn Performing Arts Center. The evening will feature twenty exciting performances.
The Master of Ceremonies is professional comedian John O’Donnell and performers will compete for the chance to win prize money plus “bragging rights” as Rye’s Most Talented. The panel of judges includes Broadway veteran John Cunningham, professional singer Daniele Hager, and chamber musician and Professor Jan (Johannes) van den Berg.
All proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Guiding Eyes for The Blind and VISIONS Services for the
Blind and Visually Impaired.
Tickets are $15 each, $7 for students and seniors. Tickets may be purchased at the door the night of the event or in advance by contacting Susan Olson at 925-8372 or solson@theosborn.org.
