"Rise Yoga NY is a new yoga studio created by two women from Rye, New York. Owners, Erin Pymm and Jessica Paul launched their venture on May 9 hoping to give back to the community and share their knowledge and passion with others.
Erin and Jessica are certified Yoga teachers. They both completed a 200 hour certification program through Y7 Studio in Manhattan. Y7 specializes in hot candlelight vinyasa style yoga to hip hop music.
Rise Yoga NY’s motto is “We Rise by Lifting Others.”
The owners believe that spending calm, soul-aware time in class, coupled with relevant music, sets their experience apart from others.
Once a person has replenished, refreshed, and re-centered, it is possible go out into the world bringing kindness and calmness…
When coming to a Rise Yoga class, you need to bring a mat and water bottle. When you’re there, you’ll hear upbeat, soul inspiring music. Rise provides an intense workout for both the body and the soul. The session opens with 10 minutes of meditation followed by a 50 minute flow…

Currently, classes are Wednesday at 9:30am and Sunday at 8:00am. Walk-ins are welcome, but if you would like to reserve a spot you can contact them through Instagram.
Starting on June 26, there will be sunset sessions on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm."
