Latimer, Otis and Parker will hold a morning "Coffee and Conversation" session in Rye City on Saturday, February 11. The program lasts 90 minutes; coffee is provided at no charge, as residents can discuss state and county issues directly with the three officials. Free literature on programs and services will be available. No appointment is required.
